Snow

Bet you knew that todays post would involve snow didn't you !!
Yep its winter in Britain and its snowing, yet everyone seems surprised by it ! why ? Its winter, its been freezing for weeks, yet when it snows the country grinds to a halt !! mad !!

The lads are chuffed as their school is shut , so they have been out having snowball fights and helping Skye to build a snowman . Pics below .

I have done my good samaritan bit and visited the neighbours who are more mature ( aka old !) or disabled , one needed some shopping but the others were fine, having had the nous to get the extra shopping in yesterday when the heavy snow warnings were issued . We have no food in, but we have a good excuse for that as we have had no money until this morning , Garys been and got petrol in the car, thank god for 4x4's , or so Gary says !!
