Allergies , a little advice!!!

If, hypotheticaly speaking, you suffer from severe allergic reactions or anaphalaxis, don't forget to keep a supply of epipens and anthistamine in. Don't chuck your last epipen and antihistimines away when they go out of date, and say that you will get more soon, then forget to get them! Especially do not use the excuse that you have managed to avoid all your trigger allergens for 6 years therefore you are not going to have another attack. Because sods law says that as soon as you have nothing in the house to treat allergies, you will have an allergic reaction to substance unknown.... hypothetically speaking.

Mad dashes to the emergency room at midnight are not fun, even if it is a wednesday night and its dead quiet.
